Store Credit Terms and Conditions

Issuance of Store Credit
Store credit may be issued as a refund or promotional offer and is valid for use toward future purchases at Tapes Master (Tapesmaster.com).

Usage
Store credit can be applied to orders placed through our online store and is redeemable only by the customer to whom it was issued. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by law.

Expiration
In accordance with California law, store credit issued by Tapes Master does not expire.

Non-Transferable
Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.

Lost or Stolen Store Credit
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of store credit. Treat your store credit like cash.

Business Closure
In the event that Tapes Master ceases operations, any outstanding store credit will become void. We recommend redeeming your store credit promptly.

Other Restrictions
Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

Changes to Terms
Tapes Master reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
